**Responsibilities**:

- Community Operations:_
- Take full ownership of community operations within the organization and ensure prompt follow-up on community engagements, addressing inquiries, and fostering a positive community environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and hot topics, translating them into effective communication, community engagement, and event planning strategies.
- Event Planning and Execution:_
- Lead and coordinate various community activities **(within or outside of company)**, including **charity events**, **workshops, webinars, and networking events**.
- Oversee the entire **event** process, from initial planning stages to on-site execution and post-event evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
- Plan and execute awareness campaigns to promote the organization's mission, values, and initiatives.
- Utilize various mediums, including social media, newsletters, and community forums, to raise awareness about key issues and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, public relations, and program management, to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Marketing Communication:_
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies for community events.
- Create compelling content, including promotional materials, press releases, and social media updates, to generate interest and participation.
- Utilize **various channels** to maximize the reach and impact of marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to building and enhancing the organization's brand image through strategic communication initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for expanding the organization's influence at the institutional level and provide constructive opinions for improvement.
- External Representation:_
- **Represent the organization at external events, conferences, and industry gatherings.**:

- Actively engage with external stakeholders, potential partners, and community members to expand the organization's network.
- Foster **collaborations and** **partnerships (Academic lecture, representative, or leaders)** through effective communication and relationship-building.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, any major is acceptable, but basic awareness of sustainability and social innovation is required.

2. Having **2-3 years** of work experience and professional competence, with experience as a leader in planning and organizing activities, programs, events, or projects.

3. Interested in the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and relevant impact measurement frameworks, e.g., GRI, B Corp.

4. Proven ability/experienced in handling or organizing a event, show or promotion campaign independently.

5. Possess basic copywriting skills, have basic consulting thinking, be good at identifying core issues, and have your own understanding of community operations and communication strategies.

6. Attentive to industry hot topics and be able to transform them into community interaction themes, activity topics, etc., at the organizational level.

7. Bonus points: Established your own small community or are a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) in your social circle and have relevant resources in the field of sustainable development and social innovation.

8. Proficiency in **Hosting/ Emcee** an event is a plus.

9. Proficiency in reading and writing **English** and **Mandarin** is **mandatory.**
