Some of these roles will be done in tandem with the rest of the team.
- Oversee and develop marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Maintain and update websites and online portals and look at data analytics
- Organise events and exhibitions with team
- Liaise with frontend and backend departments to promote campaigns
- Ensure marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline
- Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies together with Marketing Lead, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
- Grows and expands client social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok and Instagram
- Ideate engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
- Participate in daily conversations with consumers of our social media and digital channels. A community manager to interact and build bonds with the page audiences.
- Analyse social media metrics for the improvement of brand engagement and brand loyalty for our clients
- Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
- Collaborating with influencers and designer to ensure that posts are engaging.

**; Requirements**: - Technical skills
- Strong understanding of social media trends and tools
- Fluent command of spoken and written English and good command in BM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) and GSuite for reporting and presentations
- Able to use Asana and various online project management tools.
- Able to update website and online portal descriptions.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills, able to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
- Attention to detail.
- Flexible and engaging writing style.
- Appreciation for novel insights and ideas.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
