**SALARY PACKAGE**
Basic salary **:RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00**
Attendance Allowance **:RM200.00**
OT Allowance : _Applicable based on the business requirements._
- Salary package starts from RM2,300 to RM2,700.00 ++ (Min to max Basic Salary + Attendance allowance, not inclusive of Overtime Allowance)._
- Primarily handle inquiries from both sellers and buyers (existing customers) of the e-Commerce platform and act as the First Contact Resolution (FCR) with the SOP provided.
- Provide accurate and effective solutions based on Standard Operating Procedure.
- To Communicate effectively by providing accurate information to the users, external partners and stake holders.
- Demonstrating empathy and understanding when dealing with customers.
- Manning of respective escalation queues and backlogs focusing on such as Logistics, Payments and Cross Border etc.
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the company's CRM system for every case raised.
- To meet the monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
- To take on ad-hoc projects/assignments
**Job Requirement**:
- Minimum SPM with 6 months experience in **Call Centre/Customer Service.**:
- **FRESH GRADUATES** are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English is mandatory.**:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work on Rotational Shift Basis (5 working days & 2 off days)
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment and work in teams under mínimal supervision.
