**Operations & Security Admin Assistant**
- Coordinating operations meeting, events and sessions for Operations & Security Team.
- Assists in the development of the Retail Store Operations Guide. Compiles documentation of operations; assists with implementation of procedures and policies.
- Compiles daily, weekly, monthly reports through system.
- Provides ongoing administrative support for retail operations.
- Prepares and assists with set-up for operations meetings.
- Organizes and tracks retail headcount; assists the retail operations team in the management of this information.
- Travels by own vehicle, as and when needed, to run errands or provide general support for retail operations.
- Travels with the retail operations team for special events.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- At least Post Graduate Diploma / Fresh Graduate in any equivalent field.
- At least one (1) years of working experience in the retail admin field is required for this position.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Having basic administration skills and expert in Microsoft office especially Excel.
- Proficiency in English, Malays and Chinese is an added advantage.
- Possess own transport.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
