**Position: Import Forwarding Coordinator/Executive.**:

- **Salary: RM 2500-3500.**:

- **Location: Kelana Jaya,Petaling Jaya.**

**About the role**
This position will report to Import Operations Director.

Working within a small but dedicated team, you will be involved in the issuing, certification of all import documentation, including EC certificate of origin.

Duties and Tasks will include:

- Coordinate day to day operations within the Import department.
- Liaising with local clients, suppliers and clients/customers.
- Building ongoing relationships with business clients and internal departments.
- Ensure import is processed in a controlled and timely manner.
- Tracking schedule of cargoes/shipments.
- Check Bill of Lading.
- Invoicing.
- Liaising with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines and transport company.

We are looking for female applicants who are energetic, enthusiastic and pro-active driven person.

Minimum qualification: Diploma in Shipping Management or Business.

Experience in import sea freight will be ideal.

Current knowledge of sea/ocean freight documentation and procedures is a distinction advantage.

Good communication skills with strong proficiency in English is required to succeed in this role.
