To assist in accounting activities, including general accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Produce and brief monthly Profit & Loss statements to the Manager.
- Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of all documents for record-keeping.
- Monitor expenses and produce weekly reports for the Manager.
- Check Petty Cash and verify staff's claims.
- Assist in reviewing tenancy agreements, liaising with authorities, and handling other related administrative tasks.
- Updating/maintaining statement of account
- Responsible for proper filing and sorting of documents
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirement:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in administrative and accounting roles is a plus.
- A background in accounting or finance is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- A strong sense of responsibility for team success.
