Administrative Officer Marketing

Supporting the Marketing Manager in terms of After Sales.
- Liaising with Various Departments in the Factory on Execution of Shipments & Operational Issues.
- Supporting the Marketing Manager’s in Monitoring Contracts and Payments of Customers.
- Preparing weekly Sales Reports for Management Review.
- Preparing Yearly Budget Reports.
- Participating in Company Training of Various Products.
- Participating in International Food Fairs when necessary.
- Must be able to have Office Management Skills and understand the local Labour Laws.
- Taking Care of the Day to Day Running of the Office is essential.
- Helping the Marketing Team in Overseas Hotels & Flight Bookings.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Administrator with some Marketing Background, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Industry.
- Proficiency in English Language is mandatory, including the ability to interact effectively with people of diverse cultures & regions.
- Other Spoken Languages are also added advantages.
- Ready to work flexible hours. Has the sound of knowledge and broad understanding of office protocols in a corporate business work environment.
