Perform uploading of invoices
- Check and ensure billings are enclosed with supporting documents requested by clients.
- Insert PO number when necessary to the invoices request
- Support in administration work that required by AR Team.
- Accuracy of uploading of invoices
- Accuracy of details required in invoices
- Promptly sending of SOA
- Comply with local legal requirements and regulation

**; Requirements**:
- **Education**:

- Minimum at least 2 years of your degree course in Finance related or business administration
- English language fluency
- Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel and system
- Able to commute with internship duration 6 - 12 months

**Technical**:

- High degree of accuracy
- Highly detailed-oriented and organised
- Time management skill and show urgency in work
- Team player
- Ability to work in an environment where compliance with process and procedures in paramount
