**Position Available**:

- **Sous Chef**: Assist our Executive Chef in leading our culinary team and executing flawless events for our clients. As the Sous Chef, you will play a key role in menu development, food preparation, and kitchen management to ensure the highest standards of quality and service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop creative and seasonal menus that reflect our clients' preferences and dietary requirements.
- Oversee food preparation and production, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to culinary standards.
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Work closely with our event planning team to coordinate kitchen operations and ensure smooth execution of events from start to finish.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or senior culinary position in a high-volume catering, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of diverse cuisines, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve culinary excellence.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary degree or certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred.
