**Job Title: Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef**
**Department: Culinary**
**Report to: Head Chef**
**Location: Wings by Croske Resort Langkawi**
**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- At least 4 - 5 years of experience in relevant cooking & kitchen operations
- To coordinate and monitor all kitchen activities in order to ensure smooth Operations from the Kitchen
- Administration duties - inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels to minimize wastage and cost control
- To monitor and ensure compliances with local health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standard
- To respond to customer inquiries, comments and feedback professionally.
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Diploma / Degree in any related filed
- Successful track record in previous employment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Positive attitude with pleasant personality
- Good people skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From RM4,000.00 per month
