We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Sous Chef to join our culinary team at [Hotel Name]. As the Indian Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction within our hotel's culinary operations. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee the Indian kitchen, manage kitchen staff, and contribute to menu development while upholding the essence of authentic Indian cuisine.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Culinary Leadership**:

- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and maintain an innovative and authentic Indian menu that caters to diverse guest preferences and dietary requirements.
- Assist in training and supervising kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques, food presentation, and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Lead by example, demonstrating culinary expertise and a strong work ethic to motivate and inspire the team.

**2. Menu Development**:

- Contribute to the creation, modification, and refinement of Indian dishes on the menu, considering seasonality, trends, and guest feedback.
- Ensure that all dishes maintain the highest levels of authenticity and taste, reflecting the regional and cultural richness of Indian cuisine.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
