**About Our Client**:
Our client is the first education consulting platform in Hong Kong that focuses on Switzerland for the courses of Education & Hospitality Management. Not only consulting for academic aspect, but they are also resourceful in employment opportunities, in which they have the access to alumni data, and powerful networks in various fields such as investment banking and renowned hotels, helping students to identify a suitable career path.

**Job Scope**:

- Handle administrative tasks such as conducting research, drafting summaries or reports, organizing files and database, and coordinating appointments and bookings.
- Gather ideas or information from the employer, then compile and structure it into coherent and organized document.
- Create designs for social media posts, website content, PowerPoint presentations, and so on.
- Maintain and Update company website with the use of Mobirise.
- Manage company’s social media platforms for marketing purposes.
- Assist Hong Kong team as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficient in Cantonese and English. Ability to speak in French and Japanese is a plus.
- Capable of reading and typing in Chinese.
- Ability to travel abroad for work is a must.
- Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in Facebook and Instagram marketing is a plus.
- Prior experience / knowledge of Mobirise is a plus.
- Possesses good communication skill and positive attitude towards work, with a willingness to learn.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
