**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist to identify, define, plan, review and monitor progress of strategic initiatives identified. This role will cover the entire life cycle.
- Assist to provide an oversight / high level view of stakeholder management and also inter linkages including inter dependencies in the strategic initiatives identified.
- Assist to prepare the consolidated business plan and related project status reports to key stakeholders and governance bodies (as appropriate) to provide overall programme updates on activities and deliverables, as well as risks and mitigation strategies.
- Work with project owners to define and manage overall change control processes and quality assurance aspects of the project to ensure project success.
- Work with project owners to identify and manage overall project dependencies and ensure project deliverables stay on-time, on-target and on-budget.
- Work with project owners to define and manage overall project risk identification and mitigation process through interaction with project constituents and stakeholders.
- Work with project owners to identify on a timely basis all project barriers and identify strategies and approaches to overcome these barriers.
- Assist to define and implement the appropriate change management strategy and plans to ensure that change management concerns are addressed during and after project implementation, as well as to ensure that the project impact is sustainable and supported by the business process owners.
- Assist to identify, prepare, monitor, review and update Corporate Performance measures to measure the overall achievement of the company including reporting dashboards for consumption by Board of Trustees, Senior Management and relevant stakeholders.
- Work with business owners to identify, monitor, review and update the Corporate Risk Register and Profile.
- Other duties as assigned by Shared Services management.
- Follow all Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad relevant procedures & guidelines.
**Key Requirement**:

- 2 to 4 years of working experience in programme and project management / risk management / strategic planning / stakeholder management
- Good written and communication skills in English with good interpersonal and presentation skills

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
