**What is your mission?**
You are also required to perform these job functions:
- To perform maternal and children growing up milk formula sample survey engagement call.
- To make outbound calls to promote or to update consumers on promotions, marketing activities.
- To perform outbound calls to follow up on consumers enquiries and to provide resolutions or update.
- To provide accurate information and updates to consumers always.
- To follow up on consumer’s queries on timely manner.
- To capture and update the right information provided and obtained from consumers onto the system always.
- To meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set forth by the Company. -To achieve the service level targets and quality assurance rating set forth by the Company. -To invite consumer to participate in Consumer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT). -To attend and to meet all the key responsibilities within the required turn around time set forth by the Company.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Minimum of Degree from any related Business field. However SPM applicants are encouraged to apply
- Those with experience in customer service / contact center will have an added advantage. - Must be able to report to work from 9am to 6.30pm on weekday according to the call centre schedule
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Possess a service-oriented customer service mindset with excellent telephone etiquette. - Independent and self-motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail.
