Customer Service Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
- Assist customers with system queries, problem-solving, service requests and resolving solutions or user complaints.
- Document customer interactions via the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering high-quality service to customers.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to read, write and speak Mandarin is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,524.13 - RM5,334.45 per month
