**Customer Service Specialist

**Job role**:
**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service
- Excellent face to face and phone communication skills with customers
- Fluent in Chinese
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, clients and agents
- The ability to manage a diverse range of tasks
- A fluency in English, both verbal and written
- An understanding of Social Media is desirable
- Experience in a coworking or hospitality environment is highly regarded

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
