**Position**: Customer Success Specialist (CSS) - (English & Mandarin)
**Location**: George Town, Penang (On-site)
**Client Company Size**: MNC
**Salary**: RM 3,000 - RM 3,700
**Language Allowance**: RM 300
**Shift**: 24/7 Rotational shift
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- **Language Proficiency**: B2 level English, fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).
- **Experience**: Fresh graduates are welcome Minimum 6 months customer support experience preferred. Call centre experience is a plus.
**Interpersonal Skills**:
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Active listening, positive attitude, and emotional intelligence.
- Passion for communication and interaction.
- Ability to handle queries and objections professionally.
- Continuous learning mindset and ability to receive feedback.
**Technical Skills**:
- Typing speed: 40wpm with 90% accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process payments securely and protect customer data.
- Proactively address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support experiences.
- Stay updated with training and adhere to company policies.
