**Experience**:

- 2-3 years of LTL/ TL experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior phone etiquette.
- Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Need to travel sometimes.

**Responsibilities**:
Primary:

- Inclusive target for new customer sales and experience in logistics industry.
- Grow revenue and relationships with existing customer base.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Utilize inside sales knowledge.
- Quote formal and spot bids.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- maintain close contact with all

customers
- including follow up on concerns or other issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, shippers, and receivers regarding

changes in pick-up/delivery and potential service failures.
- Communicate customer problems to management.
- Exceed all standards for prospective calls, presentations, proposals, and

closes.
- Provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly,

and monthly basis.
- Execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit

and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

Secondary:

- Negotiate contracts and rate agreements.
- Support carrier reps with the coordination of transportation freight in a cost[1]effective manner.
- Document issues with orders thoroughly.
- Track/trace shipments when requested.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
