As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for administrating and executing HR initiatives and activities relating to our employees' rewards, perks and benefits. Your hands-on involvement will give you ample opportunities to acquire a solid foundation of HR principles and understand how they are applied in daily HR operations. By interacting with internal and external parties from different APAC locations, you will support C&B as well as the HR team to improve performance, engagement and satisfaction of our employees.
- Participate in the group-wide annual exercises like annual merit review, annual bonus review etc
- Support the job evaluations and classifications process; administer salary range update to the system
- Provide HR reporting support including running HR or analytical reports on regular basis to facilitate management review and compensation package decision
- Consolidate and validate remuneration data regularly including sales incentive information (SIP) from different parties, responsible for calculating the payments and ensure they are paid accurately within the defined timeline; conduct periodic audits
- Support and participate in other reward initiatives such as salary and benefits surveys with external service providers (such as Mercer, Willis Tower Watson), benchmarking exercises, annual insurance renewal administration, supporting other employee benefits and well-being initiatives etc.
- Learn and understand new trends and best practices in the filed within APAC region (India, China, HK, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Malaysia and Australia)
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
- Act as the first point of contact for any compensation and benefits enquires and escalate issues where necessary
- Identify opportunities to increase digital efficiency, review and provide feedback to the team on intra/inter-team data transfer process for the systems in place.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- At least 3 - 5 years’ of working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist or equivalent
- BA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
- Good spoken and written English; organized with good communication skills
- Hands on experience with SAP and any other HRIS system would be preferred
- Attention to details, comfortable in dealing with figures and can work under pressure
- Open-minded and willing to take challenges in a multi-tasking and multi-national work environment
- Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
