Admin / Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Prepare budget request for operation uses.
- Prepare and monitor invoices.
- Liaise with account department whether payment has been made by clients.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Update projects database.
- Other duties as assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
**Job Requirement**:
- 30 years old & below.
- Open to Female.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
- Ability to handle multi-tasks at a time and work under pressure.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
