Admin Assistant

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files, documents, and records. Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality of information.
- Enter data accurately into databases and spreadsheets. Generate reports and presentations using Microsoft Office or other relevant software.
- Assist in processing invoices, expenses, and reimbursements. Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts as necessary.
- Support to Management: Provide administrative assistance to executives and managers as directed. Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Ad hoc Tasks: Undertake various ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or management. Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor Degree or; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
