Responsibilities : 1. Greet and welcome visitors and create a positive first impression of the company in a professional manner. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. 2. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence documents and parcels. Request and prepare Consignment notes. 3. Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including scheduling, room setup, and catering arrangements. 4. Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs and maintenance if necessary. 5. Manage filling and documentation works. 6. Assist the admin department on ad-hoc tasks when required. Job Requirement : - Minimum qualification SPM. - Prior experience as a receptionist, Front Office, or in a related field. - Possess good telephone etiquette and a friendly attitude. - Good time management skills. - A team player and able to work independently. - Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
