Customer Service Executive

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Land & General Berhad Full time

Deliver quality customer service by supporting property owners after sale, to identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Act as a point of reference for the property owners.
- Foster positive relations with purchasers by addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Work closely with other relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction during property purchasing process.
- Evaluate customer feedback and identify ways to maximize customer satisfaction before, during and after sales.
- Assist with effective liaison, support and assistance between customer service department and other relevant departments
- Provide administrative support to the property sales team, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Maintain a register of customers particulars specifying project, complaints, eligibility, duration needed and provide updates for management attention.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service from PLC property developers
- Prior experience in property sales field is added advantage
- Exemplary communication skills, customer-responsive and action-oriented
- Quick response to complaints received and able to resolve issues effectively.
- Practical and able to take complaints from difficult clients.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be methodical, logical and organized.
- Possess strong administrative abilities with good organization, communication and excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong negotiation skills.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
