**Training and Development**:
The HR Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by carrying out various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth HR operations. This position involves handling employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and providing general support to HR staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Record Maintenance**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and other relevant data.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all HR files and records.

**Recruitment Support**:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.

**Time and Attendance**:

- Monitor and track employee attendance, including leaves, vacations, and sick days.
- Support training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation.
- Assist in identifying and addressing employees' professional development needs.

**HR Systems and Software**:

- Utilize HR software and systems for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the HR database.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Min Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in HR or related administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR software.
- Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
