**URGENT HIRING**
Job Summary:
**Main Duties and Responsibility**:
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Update and maintain all employee personnel information in the system.
- Administer monthly payroll process (update attendance list, leave record & etc.)
- Perform Statutory Payments (KWSP, SOCSO, EIS and PCB)
- Maintain company asset (car, handphone, key)
- Assist in managing employee benefits, including enrollment, claims, inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
- Coordinate and administer employee training and development programs.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.
- Any other responsibility that assigned by management from time to time.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have at least 1-2 years’ experience in HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, or HR administration.
**Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
