_**Job Description**_
- Overall manage full spectrum of the HR functions including payroll, talent management, Employee & Industrial Relations.
- To handle of Foreign Worker matter permit renewal, passport renewal, special pass and other related.
- To liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related matters i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB/Income Tax.
- Handling of employee relations and grievances, counselling, disciplinary issues and its procedures.
- Implementing HR policies and procedures
- Update Employee Handbook, prepare Public Holiday listing, issue memo and etc.
- Perform other tasks and duties as delegated by superior from time to time
- **Requirements**_
- Minimum Diploma qualification is required. Fresh graduate encourage to apply
- Must be well-versed with Malaysian Labour Laws
- Required language(s): Malay, English (additional)
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Office located in Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
