- In charge of all recruitment, HR admin related matters, employee relations/disciplinary cases for one or more business unit(s)/Department of Valiram. Provide recruitment, HR admin, employee relations/disciplinary cases and advice to the business unit and employees in line with the Company’s VMV, strategies and objectives.

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**:

- Recruit the right people according to business requirements in a timely manner(key indicator : recruitment fill-rate, turnaround time, staff retention rate).
- Manage employee relations/disciplinary cases within stipulated timeline.
- Support the business in HR related admin task i.e work permit, benefit administration in a timely manner.

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implement the Group’s selection process in managing end to end process of recruitment for assigned business unit(s) including sourcing, screening resumes, shortlisting, conducting interviews, assessment, reference check and administering employment documentations.
- Work closely with the hiring managers in providing professional recruitment advice, support and updates in a timely manner.
- Actively participate and collaborate with recruitment team on continuous improvement of recruitment as well as other projects within the team.
- Assist Manager in the day to day recruitment activities and perform any other tasks not specified as required/instructed by superior/management.
- Manage employee relations/disciplinary cases in accordance with Labour Act or Industrial Relations Act.
- Support the business in HR related admin task as assigned by the Manager in collaboration with Group HR Shared Services team.
- Maintain confidentiality of information gathered at all times.
