**Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment**:_

1. Effectively involve in manpower planning by breaking down the recruitment plan into semi-annual, quarterly, or monthly plans.

8. Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.

9. Track and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to assess the success of the recruitment process.
- **HR Related**:_

1. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of office policies and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency in operations.

2. Regularly review and update these documents to reflect changes in company policies or legal requirements.

4. Develop recruitment policies and procedures to guide hiring managers in the selection process, ensuring fairness and compliance with legal requirements.

8. Conduct thorough exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback on their experiences with the organization.

9. Analyze exit interview data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in employee retention, engagement, and satisfaction.

10. Stay abreast of changes and developments in federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

11. Interpret and communicate relevant legal requirements to ensure compliance across all HR practices and policies.

12. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees' inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and practices.

13. Provide timely and accurate information and guidance to employees on a wide range of HR-related topics, including benefits, leave policies, and performance management.

14. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.

15. Support performance evaluation processes by providing guidance to managers and employees on performance appraisal procedures and documentation requirements.

16. Assist in the development and implementation of performance evaluation systems, tools, and training programs, and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance appraisal procedures and documentation requirements.

17. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, grievances, or conflicts, ensuring impartiality and adherence to due process.

18. Facilitate conflict resolution and guidance to managers in implementing disciplinary actions, up to and including termination, as necessary, ensuring compliance with due process and fairness principles.

19. Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand business objectives, priorities, and challenges.

20. Align HR strategies, programs, and initiatives with organizational goals and priorities, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR executive/ Talent Acquisition/ HR Admin or in a similar role.
- Experienced in recruiting, talent pipeline development, cultural establishment, HR administration and team atmosphere cultivation.
- Minimum of 5 years or more of relevant experience in human resources, with a particular expertise in recruiting for sales and marketing positions.
- Proficient in various aspects of human resources, especially recruitment and selection (including experienced hires, campus recruitment, and internal referrals), training, and employee relations.
- Strong skills in writing work reports and plans, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in reading and writing **Mandarin** is mandatory.
