**Key responsibilities**:

- Report to senior management and perform secretarial and administrative duties
- Be responsible to compile, review and analyse Prospective Client Acceptance, Client Retention and Know-your-client documentations and escalating potential risk of AML to the superior/relevant parties
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and any other ad-hoc assignments for management reporting, as and when required

**Education and professional skills/ knowledge**

**Experience & Education**:

- Preferably a Diploma holder in Administrative related courses
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in office administration & report compilation

**Other skills**:

- Meticulous with a sense of urgency and able to work with minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of AML policies and regulations will be an advantage.
