In line with FastCo's vision "To provide everyone with equal access to job opportunities", the Company recently launched FastGiG, a flexible workforce platform to match qualified casual workers to employers.

We are looking for FAST, energetic, self-motivated, proactive individuals to join our team as Operations Executive to support FastGig Singapore operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure a fantastic experience for our customers (Employers) with quality service, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.

Execute and oversee necessary logistics requirements such as responding to employer inquiries/requests, posting jobs, responding to jobseeker's applications, and processing payment for gig workers on behalf of clients.

The key target will be to maintain a fast response to clients and follow through on clients' requests and resolve them accordingly.

SOP and admin creation, filing as well as a continuance.
Leverage data to solve problems and make the right guided decisions.
Work 5 days a week, 1 day will be on weekends, rotated in 2 shifts ( 7:30-16:30 and 13:30-22:30)


Hybrid work: 3 days of work from the officeSuccessful applicants will:Have the ability to manage customer and general logistical issues proactively and independently.

Be able to prioritize, multi-task, and follow up with an eye for detail.

Have excellent attitude and good communication skills (both on and offline)Possess the adaptability to support new projects and problem-solve operational hurdles without a clear path.

Demonstrate a customer-driven mentality.
Preferably having prior experience in digital product and/or HR operations will be advantageous.
