Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or a Degree
- Must have sales experience
- Technical experience or WiFi set up experience is an added advantage
- Must be willing to be based at Klang Valley

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and complete fiber installation with comply to company SOP
- Troubleshoot and perform service restoration for internet service and devices with stipulated SLA
- Solving customer problems and complaints
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell company products and solutions
- Coordinating complex and multi-parties service delivery beyond fibre (WiFi solutioning, Smart Home)

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

- Sunway: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- English (preferred)
