**Position Overview**: The Customer Service (Outbound Call) representative is responsible for making sales calls to promote and sell telecommunication products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote prepaid, postpaid, and fiber services.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle customer objections and inquiries.
- Conduct follow-up calls for customer satisfaction.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on products and participate in training.
**Qualifications**:
- SPM/Diploma/Degree
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in telecom.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting targets.
- Basic knowledge of telecom products.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
