**Responsibilities**:

- Handling inbound call and outbound call regarding Postpaid issue.
- Assist customer in troubleshoot line issue
- Walk customer thru product of company and promotion

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM/Diploma/Degree holder with 1 year working experience in a call center.
- **Able to work 24/7 shift rotation basis**:

- Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Good internet connection at home.
- Vaccinated, with booster

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- the: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
