Job Responsibilities:

  • Good Communication Skills: Language proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Customer Service Skills: A solid foundation in providing excellent customer care.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year working in a Contact Center environment.
  • Sales Capability: Ability and willingness to up-sell and cross-sell during inbound calls (e.g. promoting Telco Home Fibre, upgrading mobile plans).
  • Digital Literacy: Basic knowledge of digital tools and platforms (App, WhatsApp, ChatBOT platforms, etc)
  • Technical Support Skills: Basic troubleshooting and technical support knowledge would be an advantage.

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a SPM in any relevant field with at least 1 year working experience in Customer Service.
  • Required language (s): English & Bahasa Malaysia, and preferably Mandarin. (Mandarin would be a bonus)
  • Candidates have full working rights for Malaysia.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in both English and Malay languages.
  • Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast paced environment.
  • Able to start work immediately.
