Handle all customer interactions and enquiry on a timely basis and initiate best possible solutions, ensure KPIs are achieved consistently.
- Deliver excellent services and increase customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell relevant products.
- Work closely with sales team for any sales enquiry from new customers.
- Maintain confidentiality of the customers’ data in-line with the company’s PDPA policies.

**Requirements**:

- SPM / Diploma / Degree
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience required for SPM holder
- Good command in English & Malay / Mandarin
- Customer-oriented, passionate about sales, dynamic and lively individual
- Must be able to work on shift, weekends, and Public Holidays
- Fresh graduates / SPM leavers are encouraged to apply

**Location**: Sunway Pinnacle, Bandar Sunway

**Remuneration**:RM2,500 - RM3,400 + Phone Rebate (RM 200) + Shift Allowance + OT + Incentives

**Contract Period**: 12 months (renewable/ convertible to permanent position based on performance)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
