**Duties**:
Compile and maintain control records and related files to release drawings, and engineering documents to project team and other operating departments: Examines documents, such as drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data.

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide administrative and clerical support service to the project team, with particular emphasis on project related work including project administration.
- Received, checked and update IFC (Issued for Construction) Drawing.
- Responsible to ensure that the latest versions of relevant records are available to the users concerned.
- Ensure that all documents are distributed to the relevant department. Document being numbered and given in the transmittal form.
- Review completeness of documentation and prepares document transmittal.
- ISO Audit coordinator, attend quality coordinator meeting, quality coordinator roles and responsibilities, internal and external audits, focal point in developing quality plans.
- Assist QA/QC Engineer to write report for Monthly Quality Report every month.
- Back up QA/QC department-Key in RFI report.
- To communicate with all levels of project Organization, Staffs, workers and Sub-Contractors.
- To adapt and cope with all other duties and responsibilities, Eg. able to take the new task and challenge.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Superior.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.

**Additional Requirements**
- Have education background - Diploma in Civil Engineering or any relevant studies.
- At least have 1 - 2 years of working experiences
- Willing to relocate and work in Johor Bahru
- Able to start immediately
- Fully Vaccinated

**Job Type**: Contract
