Responsibilities:
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Manager and management.
- To manage meeting schedules, report, appointment and phone calls screening.
- Update sales & data to support team.
- Arranging travel, accommodation and pick up arrangement.
- Liaising and build good rapport with all Media’s and Corporate Clients.
- Support Corporate Affairs matters.
- Any other new assignment and project assignment by Management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- At least Diploma in Secretarial, Professional Secretarial Certificate, Mass Communication or equivalent (SPM level with skilful & well know software & tools is considerable )
- Matured, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality at all times, pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skill and able to interact with all levels of staff.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia
**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
