Our partner, a leading Australian personal injury insurer, is hiring Data Entry Agents to be based in our Malaysia office. This position operates in a high volume and compliance-driven environment that focuses on the proactive administration and management of claims.
- **Location**: The Gardens North Tower - Mid Valley, KL (accessible with public transport)
- **Working hours**: Monday to Friday
- Time: 6.00am to 3.00pm (WFH)
- Time: 7.30am to 4.30pm (office)
- **Working arrangement**:Training: 6 weeks in the office. Hybrid/continue working onsite after the training depending on team leader arrangement.
- **Joining date**:26 February 2024 (compulsory)

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that compensation and benefits calculation comply with applicable regulations or legislation.
- Analyze and review all salary/compensation details before sending to claims through auditing.
- Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data to be entered.
- Responsible for identifying, interpreting, and inputting employee’s information into the appropriate database and/or program.
- Monitoring or keeping track of received and completed data documents.
- Coordinate queries directly to claims to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
- Coach and assist in the development of new team members.
- Capable or will be trained to fulfill all other department tasks.

**Skills, Qualifications and Experience**
- Preferably with relevant Bachelor's degree or Diploma holder
- Relevant experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcomed
