Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our travel agent company based in Kampar, Perak. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily administrative tasks and providing support to our team. The position involves a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Keying in job data on a daily basis to maintain accurate records.
- Following up with drivers regarding their schedules and assignments.
- Updating the Excel database with driver and customer details.
- Sending driver details to customers three days prior to their scheduled trips.
- Being on standby during the night for emergency calls from drivers or customers (with an allowance of RM500).
- Updating the driver calculation data in Excel on a daily basis.
- Assisting with invoicing and receipt generation for customers.
- Handling other administrative tasks related to the smooth functioning of the company.
**Requirements**:
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with drivers and customers.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to handle emergency calls during night shifts.
- Prior experience in administrative roles or the travel industry is an advantage.
