Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible to the assigned project, and deliver them in accordance to the proposed Project Management methodology; prepare and provide progress reports, develop appropriate project artefacts, monitor and track project progress against agreed scope, time and budget.
- To identify, report, and manage the risks and issues, and agree on the mitigation and resolution activities and manage the escalation with the provider and other stakeholders.

- To design and Execute Project Governance following the expected standards, including the creation and cadence of Project Meetings, Working Groups and Steering Committee
- To manage the project artefacts and repository.
- To produce exit/closure report and handover exercise to the team
- To collaborate effectively with the System Integrators (SI) and support the SIs in matters related to the ICT initiatives implementation, and any other processes required for the successful running of project management.
- To establish, conduct, and manage Project Steering Committee as per proposed Term of Reference
- To monitor and track respective project progress, issues, risks, budget utilization and report during regular project progress status meetings and provide executive summary reports to the Project Management team.
- To coordinate project activities between the project teams (each initiative) and other parties
- To propose and conduct scheduled meetings and provide minutes of meeting on project progress updates, highlight issues, and completed milestones of the project including budget monitoring.
- To review and monitor project health and progress including Report project health checks, performance summary, and status summary.
- To monitor project team performance based on project timeline, budget, and deliverables.
- To monitor SI’s resource on-board and off-board activities for the project.

Job Requirements:

- Has at least 5 - 8 years of experience working experience as a Project Manager
- Experience in System Integration (SI) or large enterprise
- Experience in Oil & gas industry is an added advantage
- Good understanding in SDLC process
- Willing to work in Pengerang, Johor
- Willing to work on a contractual basisJob Responsibilities:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
