**職位概要**
- 全職工作(試用期為 6 個月)
安排與潛在客戶的銷售拜訪,以談判或完成業務交易。了解我們公司提供的產品和服務的好處,並向客戶或經銷商(國內)流暢地闡明這些好處。
**(1) 報告**
- 每月銷售額和應收帳款 (A/R) 收集。
- 使用銷售和財務數據建立頻繁的審查和報告。
- 維護適當的銷售和績效記錄。
**(2) 銷售與市場研究及關係建立**
- 進行市場研究以確定銷售可能性並評估客戶需求。
- 透過推銷電話、網路和社群媒體積極尋找新的銷售機會。
- 與潛在客戶舉行會議並了解他們的願望和擔憂。
- 發現並尋求新的銷售前景、談判交易並保持客戶滿意度。
- 處理客戶的投訴或要求。
- 向客戶推銷產品和服務並談判合約以實現利潤最大化。
- 與現有客戶保持良好的關係,了解他們的需求並與團隊合作。
**(3)其他**
- 準備並進行適當的產品和服務演示、促銷、會議和其他活動。
- 執行經理不時指派的臨時任務。
**要求:**
- 候選人必須至少擁有任何相關領域的 SPM、證書或文憑。
- 1-2年銷售相關領域工作經驗。
- 歡迎應屆畢業生申請。
- 球拍運動方面的知識將是一個額外的優勢。
- 各個層級都有良好的口頭和書面溝通能力。
- 精通Microsoft Office應用程序,尤其是Excel。
- 候選人必須擁有自己的交通工具並願意出行。
- 能夠客觀地收集資訊並解決問題。
- 團隊合作精神,能夠在最少的監督下完成多項任務並獨立工作。
