**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all recruitment paperwork and ensure adherence to client requirements
- Stay up-to-date on current Korean employment trends and industry best practices

**Qualifications**:

- Native or fluent Korean speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the Korean market
- Strong understanding of the Korean recruitment landscape and legal requirements
- Proven ability to source, screen, and qualify top talent
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
