Freelance Recruiter

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Freelance Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for our clients across various industries. You will leverage your fluency in Japanese and your recruitment expertise to source, attract, and qualify top talent for our client's open positions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth research to understand client needs and job requirements.
- Manage the interview process and keep clients updated on progress.
- Negotiate salaries and job offers on behalf of clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the Japanese employment market.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional (minimum 2 years)
- Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of the Japanese recruitment landscape
- Excellent sourcing and research skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
