Sorting, arranging and filing of the documents (PO, TR/PR, quotations, OGA Rejection Advice, PO Agreement, Vendor Profile, Catalogue, Monthly Reports, Damage/Storage/Rejection reports).
- To record overseas / local purchase copy and arrange for Shipping and Accounts Department.
- Posting of original Purchase Order and agreement to the suppliers.
- Recording of all agreement received and follow up with outstanding payment.
- Keying, printing, sorting of TR/PR assigned by Superior.
- Daily collection of documents from letter box and sorting out.
- To update and keying purchasing data in system and generate PO and agreement.
- To assist the superior in carrying out daily purchasing activities as specified in the SOP.
- To perform other duties as when required by superior.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
