1. Operational Management:
- Assist manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the building, including maintenance, security, and landscaping.
- Monitor the performance of service contractors and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Monitor and evaluate every contract agreement for existing and up-coming service provider
- Monitor electrical and mechanical building equipment by following operation and maintenance guideline
2. Tenant Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of tenant communications,
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a smooth transition for tenants.
3. Maintenance and Repairs:
- Assist manager for Coordinate maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Assist Manager in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs.
4. Safety and Compliance:
- Assist Manager for Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to building operations and safety.
- Assist manager in the development and implementation of emergency preparedness plans.
5. Financial Management:
- Assist Manager on monitoring expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. - Review and approve invoices for building-related services and supplies.
- Assist manager in the preparation of efficient vendor price. 6. Vendor Management: - Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring high-quality services are provided.
- Solicit and review for renewal contract services, recommending vendors based on cost effective, quality, and reliability.
- Assist manager Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns.
7. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of building operations, maintenance logs, and financial documents.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management meetings.
- Assist manager on all documentation and drawing
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
