**Objectives of the Position**

The introduction and operation of innovative digital solutions is key for our success and a great customer experience. With ServiceNow, BASF uses an integrated state-of-the-art user support platform for internal support, incorporating and enhancing lots of digitalization opportunities.

**About the Job: In this role, you will design and implement ServiceNow based solutions which BASF requires to support internal users and drive our self-service strategy.**

**Main Tasks**
- Consulting upon new features, development of concepts and implementation plans.
- Cost estimations for implementations
- Guiding implementation along with SMEs, UX Designers, and stakeholders
- Release upgrade support
- Support for documentations, Knowledge transfer & User training

**Requirements**:
**Education**
- Degree in Computer Science, informatics, business informatics or in a comparable field

**Working Experience**
- Strong team player, collaboration with remote teams across different time zones

**Technical & Professional Knowledge (mandatory)**
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
- 3+ years of experience in a ServiceNow development environment
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Experience to work with multi-instances (DEV, TEST, QA, PROD) and ServiceNow deployment processes (Update Sets, XML data transfer, etc.)
- High level of competency writing and maintaining JavaScript and HTML
- Fluent English language - written and spoken
