**Responsibilities**:
Ensure all sales orders are received and work orders are issued on time.
Filter the order receive and determine the right process to optimize the operation cost.
Liaise with Product Development for new model order and only schedule after both new model is confirmed by customer.
To make changes in the work order such as quantity and delivery date, inform Sales department. Make amendment on delivery date for jobs requiring longer production lead-time and sub-contractors’ jobs.
Coordinate with Sales Department in cases of shortage of order and subsequently and follow up with Production.
Work with Production on daily delivery schedule, production running plan and urgent jobs.
Keep track on the daily status for corrugating, converting schedules and fully coordinate for delivery of goods in order to achieve On Time Delivery.
Prepare the corrugating schedule according to delivery date, size, substance, fluting and machine available capacity.
Reschedule urgent order and shortage in the schedule.
Weekly close the uncompleted work order.
Prepare daily shortage report and paper plan and usage report.
Liaise with warehouse and production for the excessive stock and boards before planning.

**Requirements**:
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills
Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
Independent and focused oriented.
