_**Responsibilities**:_
- To process all daily market list and to generate purchase order for all direct materials/items.
- To conduct Markey survey/comparison and to tabulate tender master list for all market list item on quarterly basis.
- To select recommend vendors in comparison of pricing and quality of materials delivered.
- To ensure filling system is complies with the standard operating procedures.
- To source and obtain quotation for products as and when requested.
- To maintain the purchasing database including updating of specifications and pricing in purchasing system.
- To ensure all purchase order reach destination and product are delivered on a timely basis.
- To maintain records and process of all purchase requisition for the approval.
- To obtain additional quotation for comparison for purchase requisition unless product is obtained from a sole distributor.
- To generate purchase orders after the purchase requisition has been approved.
- To attend to any other job requirements as requested by Cost Controller/Financial Controller/Senior Accounts Manager for efficient functioning of the department.
- **Requirements**:_
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Hotel industry
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office is a must
- Knowledge in Oracle is an added advantage
- Detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Working location is in Georgetown, Penang.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
