Perform day-to-day administrative duties which include but are not limited to invoicing, taking appointments, attending customers and preparing reports
- Maintain and upkeep an effective data filing system
- To assist in the issuance of Purchase Orders, receipts for deposit, service vouchers
- Maintain proper documentation of petty cash records and transactions
- To adhere and comply with all Customer Service Operation SOP

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of working experience, automotive industry will be an added advantage
- Upper Secondary, Certificate/ Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good in follow-up and reporting, computer literate and able to work independently.
- Required Skill(s): Reporting Skills, Administrative writing skills, problem solving

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
