- Assist in developing & implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Company documents management
- Compliance Data Management
- To assist & analyze in the annual staff development plan and training package/content.
- Gather feedback after training from participant to check the course effectiveness.
- Assist in staff recruitment, creating & update job description.
- Co-ordinate with Recruitment Agency for recruitment details & arrangement.
- Support others task e.g. IT support & office maintenance & minor purchasing

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration & relevant fields.
- Min 2 years working experience in HR & Admin related role.
- Possess own transport.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Multitasking personnel & willing to learn.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
